This notice describes what personal data we process when you request a quote, write to us or subscribe to our newsletter — and the rights you have in relation to that data.

fixli.eu Kft. operates this website for Kaland Budapest (the movement collective of Orsi Vágner and Veronika Klausz). Quote requests and newsletter sign-ups are received and used by the Kaland Budapest team (Orsi and Verus) to answer your enquiry and organise the programmes.
When you submit the quote / contact form, we process: your name, e-mail address and, if you provide them, your organisation name, the planned programme type, group size, timing, location and your message (and anything you include in it, e.g. a phone number). Only send what you wish to share.
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for optional details, your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
The form also records where you came to the site from: the ad and campaign identifiers in the link (UTM parameters, e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign), the referring page and the page you landed on. We use this to measure which channels (e.g. Instagram, ads) work. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). No cookies are used for this: the data is kept only in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage), is cleared when you close the tab, and only reaches us together with the form.
After you submit the form, an automatic confirmation e-mail is sent to the address you provided.
Retention: 1 year after the enquiry is closed, after which the data is deleted. If the enquiry leads to an order / contract, the related data is kept for the periods required by accounting and civil law (e.g. accounting records for 8 years).
When you subscribe to the newsletter in the footer, we process your e-mail address (and your name, if you provide it). Sign-up is double opt-in: you receive a confirmation e-mail, and only confirmed addresses receive newsletters.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and Section 6 of Hungarian Act XLVIII of 2008 on commercial advertising. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter or by writing to hello@letskaland.com. We keep your data until you unsubscribe.
Newsletters are sent with a self-hosted Listmonk instance, on fixli.eu Kft.’s own EU (Hetzner, Germany) server.
We rely on the following service providers and systems. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies, and visitor analytics are cookieless. We only use strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g. for editors logging in to the admin interface). The enquiry source data (section 2) is not stored in a cookie either, but in the browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing; you may request a copy of your data (portability), object to the processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or go to court.
